Mlamli Land ownership is property ownership. But just owning land, or anything for that matter, does not automatically create wealth. An atom of wealth is created every time a voluntary exchange of goods and/or services is completed so one has to be participating in successfully completed voluntary exchanges of goods and/or services to create wealth and it does not matter what property, if any, you possess. Only if exchanges arise from owning a property, like growing cash crops on the land that you own then the land ownership is contributing to your wealth.
